1. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and our written confirmation by email. Balance: The remaining balance is due before departure, by the date stated in your confirmation.

2. Visas

We assist with visa processing, but the issuance of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee approval and are not liable for decisions made by visa authorities.

3. Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms, including applicable charges, are provided at the time of booking. Some costs (such as flights and visa fees) may be non-refundable once incurred.

4. Travel Documents and Health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting any health or vaccination requirements for your destination.

5. Our Responsibility

We act with care and integrity to arrange your travel. We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by airlines, authorities, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
